Medication & Medical Direction Waiver
We aim to ensure that the administration and management of medication is safe, accurate and in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations and physician’s orders.
This waiver will provide direction and ensure clarity as to the role and responsibility of both medical and medication administration in support of the health, safety and well being of the individuals that we support.
